My name is Billy Miller, and I own and operate Handyman Services & Odd Jobs, LLC in Spotsylvania Virginia. I provide some of the best home improvement and maintenance services in Spotsylvania, Locust Grove, and Fredericksburg, and I pride myself on my 100% satisfaction rate. I am a perfectionist, who is highly skilled at home renovations, home improvements, and home maintenance & repair services. Although I am capable of every aspect of building a house from the foundation up to full completion, and I am able to do almost any interior and exterior home improvement projects you may have, because I have been doing this work for 40 years, and I work alone, I am very selective about the work I choose to do. My #1 priority in business is protecting my impeccable reputation for doing quality work. Whether I am hanging a picture, installing new flooring, or updating a bathroom, I take pride in everything I do, and I don't consider the job finished, until I know you are 100% satisfied with the work, and I never sub-contract any of my work to anyone else. If you're looking for someone who is going to be open and honest about discussing options with you about your projects, regardless of what it is, and is willing to introduce money saving options without being cheap, or cutting corners, and does quality work, and takes pride in their work, and will do the job professionally, then call me. If you just want someone who will give you the cheapest price out there...please don't call me. There is no pride in being the cheapest guy out there, and I don't do cheap work, or offer cheap services, or buy cheap tools, equipment, insurance, or vehicles. It was not cheap for me to get where I am in business, and at any given time I am booked up for 4 to 8 weeks out with some of my regular customers patiently waiting months for me to circle back around to do something for them as opposed to just hiring someone else, so I must be doing something right. My prices are based on what I feel is fair for me to charge you to do whatever it is that I am going to do, and it will be done right the first time, and the only reason you will be calling me back is because you have more work for me to do, not because I did something wrong. I don't get every job I bid on, and I never expect to, and I am fine with that because there is always going to be plenty of work and plenty of people who need work to be done.
A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME...
I am 54, single, Caucasian, male, born in Connecticut, and I was brought to Virginia at age 3 by my mom and stepdad. I started helping out around the house at an early age, and I guess you could say I was doing handyman work by the time I was just a teenager, and I have had a passion for doing this work my entire life. I started with grass cutting as a kid, pushing my first lawn mower around the neighborhood, offering to cut lawns for $10 to $20 per lawn. My stepdad had his own commercial drywall business, and my uncle was a custom home builder, and I worked with both of them from time to time. I started doing construction work, and home remodeling at age 15, which evolved into custom home building, and renovation work, for many years to follow. By age 40, all I could think about was being my own boss and starting my own business. I overcame a ton of hurdles along the way, and here we are today. I built this website for myself several years ago, and I try to update it occasionally, and I also post several before, during, and after pictures of some of my jobs on my personal Facebook page.
